Tina Sanders is a visionary leader, nonprofit strategist, and organizational development consultant with a heart for mission-driven work. She founded Graceful Solutions Consulting Group (GSC) to help nonprofit and small business leaders move from daily burnout to sustainable, purpose-filled leadership.

Tina holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science. She is currently preparing to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, further deepening her ability to lead high-impact projects with structure, clarity, and measurable results.

With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and operational strategy, Tina has witnessed firsthand the challenges that arise from trying to do it all. That’s why she created GSC: to offer leaders the tools, systems, and support they need to grow with confidence and grace.
